Nermine Aladdin Mahmoud's early exposure to AI began during her undergraduate studies, where she developed an Expert System for Computer Maintenance. This project not only solidified her interest in AI but also expanded her understanding of its practical applications. This formative experience led her to pursue advanced degrees, where she specialized further in the domain of intelligent software agents.

For her Master’s thesis, she investigated the optimization of network pathways for mobile agents, which are software entities capable of autonomous operation across digital networks. Her doctoral research built upon this foundation, focusing on the design and development of mobile agents themselves. This progression reflects a sustained commitment to advancing the field of mobile computing and AI.

Currently, she is engaged in a pioneering project that integrates Artificial Intelligence tools into educational methodologies. This project aims to revolutionize teaching and learning practices by leveraging AI's unique capabilities to tailor and enhance educational experiences.
