Dana Utegen is an Academic researcher and lecturer with a specialization in digital law and its role in international relations. Fellow of the Jean Monnet’s European integration program, focusing on promoting teaching experience for young scholars and increasing students’ awareness about the European approaches to ensuring privacy protection. Publications relate to the right to digital rights, privacy, international law, and cybersecurity. The area of research focuses on the issue of digital law, specifically the right to privacy and protection of personal data. Excellent expertise in data protection laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
